How long will shipping take?
In Stock items can be shipped within 7-10 days of order. If your order requires a special order from the manufacturer, it may take 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual manufacturer. Our associates will do everything they can to get your purchase into your home as quickly as possible.

What do I do if the packaging is damaged when I receive it?
If the package appears to be damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package. Refuse delivery and we will work with the manufacturer to replace the item as soon as possible.

What do I do if a part of my purchase is missing or damaged when I receive it?
Please check the literature that comes with your furniture. Often, the manufacturer prefers to be contacted directly in this situation.
